Negative out weighs the positive
On our last stay at this same property, just 7 months earlier, the washer and dryer were accessible, so for this recent 5 day visit we packed accordingly. On arrival the laundry room door was locked and we were told the owners decided not to the allow access to it. Cell service is non existent which is perfectly understandable, but makes reliable WiFi very important.
The WiFi was erratic and had no signal 90% of the time at our last visit but we were reassured it had been checked out recently and was working well. If anything, WiFi availability was even worse. As physicians it is important we be available to contact our patients and the hospital, we had to drive into town multiple times and at all hours of the day to communicate with my medical team and patients.
Perfect location and a cozy clean cottage and we hoped to plan many trips there but unless these two important issues are addressed we will be unable to rebook.
