We stayed here for 3 nights and the room was not up to par. When we arrived there was obvious damage to the room like a crack in the ceiling, paint peeling up, and water damage everywhere. We went down to the office to inform the staff but they told us it was out of their control. Not only that but the first night, we had no hot water in the room. It's December so it was extremely cold to the point we couldn't shower. I messaged the host about our concerns but got no response. I would not stay here again due to the lack of care for the visitors. There was no offer of switching our rooms or any compassion for the situation. The room also had a very dingy smell and the bed was very uncomfortable. Helen was great but our rental experience was not.

There is no balcony. It's a shared walkway, with a small table and 2 chairs, that block the doors to the rooms when people are seated. There is no barbecue grill. Really in need of an upgrade.We had to step over vomit to get to our room. The neighbor poured water on it to "clean" it off. It felt very much like party central for a couple nights.The location is awesome. You can walk anywhere in town. It was great for getting around after renting the golf cart. They are pet friendly. You will encounter dogs. Loved that.The river is right behind the condo. You can play all day.

Nice enough little place!

Not a bad stay, had some ceiling stains from leaks and the window was stuck open, but provided fresh air so not bad. Overall good spot to crash for a couple nights to enjoy Helen and great price.

Never showed to check us in or answer email or communication

We tried to check in at the front desk. No one ever came. It was 5 in the afternoon. We called the phone line and rang the bell. No answer. We tried email and the email is false and returned an error. We tried messaging in app with no response. We had to find a local hotel instead. Very very frustrating.
