Lovely, spacious home in great location

We stayed in Helen for an aunts/cousins trip. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and the common area was just right. I will stay here again if I travel to Helen!

Nicest Rental

This was seriously the nicest rental that I have had the pleasure of staying in. Clean, spacious, conveniently located. The "kids" enjoyed the fire pit even when it was 7 degrees out. Comfy beds and bedding. Would 10/10 stay here again!

Cozy getaway

Loved staying at the Toasty Marshmallow! The house was clean and spacious. It was perfect for our family of 6 to be together, without feeling crowded. The neighborhood is quiet and serene. Everyone enjoyed the downstairs family/ game room & pool table thd most! Would stay here againand would recommend to others.

Premium location

The house is located in a beautiful mountainous neighborhood with lots of trees and easy access to downtown Helen. The house was clean and inviting. The living room upstairs is a little small but there were ample bedrooms, and bathrooms. My kids enjoyed the pool table. My father has limited mobility so accessing the main floor with no stairs was a plus.

Making memories at Christmas

The house was set up perfectly for all of us. We had 11 people and it was spread out so we could all enjoy ourselves. Being able to have my kids and grandkids meet in one place and enjoy some time together was priceless. I hope we get the chance to do it again. We had a blast in Helen and at The Toasty Marshmallow!!!

Bike Trip to Helen

Great bike trip. House was very roomy. Bathrooms on lower level needed a much better cleaning, toilet &tub were VERY dirty. Being unable to access the property via the rear gate was very inconvenient as we were riding motorcycles. this made for a challenging ride at night

We Toasted Marshmallows

From booking, to arriving, to our stay, amd check out, everyrhing went very smoothly. My only recommendation for the advertisement is be up front about the mandatory check in before 10:00 PM. This was the only stressful part of the trip. Having to wait for kids to get home from school and my partner home from work, then fighting holiday traffic, and worrying are we going to make it there before 10:00 PM. The 10:00 PM check in requirement was for "noise ordinance ". Other than that, the stay was great! The house was as advertised online. The beds were comfy and the house was clean. We even had a fire in the fire pit one evening and made smores. Also, we all loved the pool table and games on the screened in porch. We'd definitely stay here again, but plan our arrival a bit earlier.

We enjoyed the spaciousness of this home and it was a nice place for us close to all Helen has to offer. We ate most of our meals at "home" but the kitchen was not adequately equipped for our family of 9. Hopefully they will be restocking the silverware and getting more cookware soon.

Nice Stay
