Fun family cabin close to Helen
Loved our stay here, plenty of room to spread out and kids really enjoyed the hot tub, air hockey table, swing, and fire pit! Very clean property, it is in a gated neighborhood so you are close to other houses but since it is hilly and there are lots of trees and the properties are spaced out it still feels peaceful (and on plus side you are very close to town which makes trips for groceries or to see the sights much easier if you have young ones traveling with you). Do note that the master bedroom is a loft above the kitchen/living roon area on main floor, but there is a separate downstairs living room so no one was kept up late or woken up early, which was great! We loved the location as we were able to travel to a number of trails and parks as well as to Dahlonega without too much of a drive. Overall great experience and we would definitely return

Beautiful Cabin
In overall, our stay in this cabin was great, enough space for everyone, cleanliness, outdoor space amazing, the swing was a plus for the kids, the kitchen had everything needed and more. The only thing that i can highlight is that it would’ve been nice to have some Christmas decor for the families that stayed there during Christmas. But we enjoyed so much our time in this property, can’t wait to go back!

Great cabin!
Four friends had a great stay in this wonderful cabin! Overall experience was great- lots of ladybugs but that isn’t the fault of the property owner! I’ve experienced this in my own house. But if you can’t tolerate a bug, don’t stay in the mountains, right? Other than that, the place is beautiful and has great amenities- we enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub and watched movies in the media space! Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend!

The house was perfect for a family with children. We were there for Oktoberfest so I wish it was a bit closer to town. But overall, great property.

Nice Little Retreat
We loved that there were 4 full bedrooms and 3 full baths for my family to spread out. The kids loved the little hangout/game room downstairs. I loved the views from all the windows. The kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed for our weekend stay. The home was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of linens for our family. The only thing I'd change is the master bedroom loft concept. I was woken up when my family moved around and then when the sun started coming up plus it didn't feel very private but there was another room downstairs with a king bed that I could have slept in and given up the master bathroom, had it been too much of an issue. Overall, I'd return to and recommend Woodland Lodge!

Nice, spacious place in a great location
This home has a fully equipped kitchen with nice appliances. Lot’s of space. He screened in porch was great for morning coffee. Our family really enjoyed our time spent together! I wish the master bedroom with in suite bath were more private. It is the open loft. Also surprised that there was no firewood, especially considering the high cleaning fee and other fees. We were looking forward to using the fire pit but didn’t want the hassle of trying to find wood in Helen. Also the master bathroom shower curtain was very moldy.

Great mini get away
Nice cabin and very close to downtown but nestled away from all the crowd. Kitchen was stocked with lots of utensils. Fridge is full size. Bathrooms had cute little toiletries. The downstairs was a bit colder than upstairs but there’s plenty of blankets and a fireplace. Love the outdoor grill and the fire pit and the miss absolutely loved the game room. There is air hockey, cornhole, basket ball hoop (no basket ball). Plenty of toys for younger ones. Just a note, bring your hair dryer. We couldn’t find one.

Perfect for all ages
We had 2 families stay at this property, ages ranging from 49 to 3. Everyone LOVED this cabin. It was extremely clean and well taken care of, there was so much to do on the premises, and it was only a few short minutes to downtown Helen. We will definitely be back! (My only suggestion would be to bring a few night lights-it gets really dark at night!)

Perfect for families
Very clean - I mean spotless. They had toys for kids and lots of room. Room sizes were great, two sets of bunk beds and a wonderful screened in porch. Not a negative - but be aware there was no laundry detergent so make sure you bring your own! They provided everything else so that was fantastic. Great place to relax, have coffee and wine on the porch and restaurants and hiking are minutes away. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice property. The location of the key to access the property should have been outlined in the check in process. We had to call the property manager to find the key that was located in the lock box under the staircase.

Perfect for families with young kids
We loved our stay and our kids enjoyed the games, books, air hockey, tree swing, s’mores by fire pit, and toys. It was amazing to have a crib available for our youngest as well. Only thing I wish we had provided was firewood and single usage laundry detergent.

Long weekend get away
We stayed in late January. This place is awesome! Great place, great location, great views. Golf was great! I will say, come in 4wd if you can the roads are steep. Also, hot tub had a touch too much chlorine in it. This place is 10/5. Will come again!

This cabin was wonderful! It was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures that were posted. It was a short drive to the downtown area of Helen which worked perfectly for the napping little ones. We will definitely look at renting this location again!

Fantastic Location
Had a great time in Innsbruck. Loved the neighborhood and being so close to Helen. It was our first time visiting Helen in the summertime and we were conveniently located near the tubing and trail riding and all of the activities we were looking forward to doing! Cabin was a good size for two families of four, and w enjoyed the fire pit and screened in patio room! Had a slight problem with the dishwasher needing to be reset but we had great communication with the rental company and it was easily rectified.

Great screened in porch, well prepared fire pit, hot tub, extra games/toys. Convenient location.
Linens for baby bed and air mattress would’ve been good. Air mattress had a slow leak. The loft bedroom is spacious but could use a chest of drawers or dresser or shelving in the massive closet. Baby bed blocked the only shelf. The screened in porch (my happy place) was pretty well coated with pollen so I had to clean it before using as well as outside table/chairs. Obviously more pollen would fall but at least it would’ve been a thinner layer. We loved the property over all and had a wonderful stay. The additional air unit in the loft was greatly appreciated. The kitchen was well equipped (minus a pitcher, which was provided on request ). Beds were comfortable. All lights and fans were working. Appreciated the wood at the fire pit. Generous starter supplies: trash bags, washing detergents, soap, toilet paper,etc… Thank you!

This was awesome!
We had an awesome experience! Everybody was so nice even the guard! It’s was very clean and I couldn’t find the lockbox when we arrived and they even called me after hours to help me! I am gonna book another vacation here very soon! We were all very happy! Very peaceful!

Beautiful welcoming home in Helen
Our family of 5 loved our time at this beautiful home in Helen. It was easy to enter the home due to all of the great instructions ahead of time. It was very clean and welcoming with lots of room. We loved the fire pit and the porches. We had room and the things we needed to be able to cook. It is a short distance to Helen and all the town has to offer. The management company texted us to check on us and to see if we needed anything, That was a nice touch. we will be back. Thank you!

Dad's weekend
The five of us dad's came up for a sides weekend. Our wives have done this 6 times over the last two years, so we were due. The house was great in a secured neighborhood. I would stay here again. A bit pricey. And a minor cleaning issue.
