「Only stayed one night as we travelled from Glacier to Yellowstone, but really enjoyed this hotel. Breakfast was wonderful, the lobby has a lot of character for a chain hotel, parking was a breeze, and our room had a door that opened to the indoor pool which was perfect for the kids. Will definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Helena, MT.」

I understand that they don’t always have rooms available early, but instead of just saying that, the staff laughed & mocked us for attempting to check in a couple of hours early.
