"The next two nights we stayed in another property by the same owners. We loved Hagrid’s Hut as it was just like staying inside the movies. The attention to detail was amazing! Definitely a “do again” experience. We loved roasting s’mores in the cauldron outside and then eating popcorn and watching Harry Potter movies while spending time inside Hagrid’s! "

"We stayed here one night and went to nearby Rock City and Lookout Mountain the next day. We should have built in more time to devote to spending on the property here because the owners had scavenger hunts for us as well as just looking at all the detail involved in decorating the Buttows ti look like Hogwarts. The entire family enjoyed our stay here. We will hopefully be able to visit again soon!"

"This cottage was amazing, definitely fitting the fantasy/Harry Potter theme. Mood throughout the place with dim lights and decor to match. Not a complaint about the cabin but be aware Chickamauga basically shuts down at 6pm during the week. "

"I was expecting the property to be a little nicer from the pics, description, and price. Our biggest frustration was that the refrigerator was not working in the main area of the house (upstairs) We had to do a good bit of cooking and having to go up and down the steep stairs for microwave, coffee maker etc. became pretty frustrating, not to mention all food items etc had to downstairs. When we reported the fridge issue to Ryan, his response was "Just use the one downstairs! He said they had just discovered it didn't work and had to order a part on the day of our arrival at 4pm. They were hoping to get it in 2-3 days." When I expressed my concern for paying full price for a property that was missing a vital component, Ryan thanked me for my feedback. I suggested that a better solution could have been to have someone come and move the working fridge upstairs. He said it simply didn't cross his mind. It was obvious that he was not bothered by my frustration. We were also turned off by the condition of the hot pool as it had not been cleaned and was low on water. Given these issues, I would not recommend this property. "

"Good value for the price , but could have been a lot cleaner. Cigarette smoke city. I fumigated everything with Lysol 3 times and cleaned every surface with wipes , after that stay was good. Bed was very comfortable. Fridge was a nice addition. Would Not Shower in that tub , even after fumigating. The hotel was in a very good location. Close to many amenities, seemed like a safe area. Would definitely stay there again good value for the price."
