「Susan took care of us, the suite was large the fully stocked. It was enjoyable to visit out of the country.」

「You can tell the property owner and workers really want what’s best for this property. Very small amenities but nothing inherently wrong. 」

「I always stay here when I'm in the area. The family that owns this place are super sweet and always accommodating. 」

「lamp and alarm clock were unplugged upon arrival; inside of lampshade was covered in cobwebs; curtains were damaged; sink was not cleaned, wall & bottom of shower could use cleaning as well; pretty sure the sheets were not changed after the last person. nothing worth changing a one-night stay over, but wouldn’t stay for more than that. front desk people were very nice though :)」

「Unfortunately they overbooked and our room we paid for was not available. They could not do anything for our family with small children who had just traveled 10 hours on the road at 1am in the morning. We ended up staying at Tru down the a road and it was wonderful.」

「room was clean, staff was attentive and courteous, AC worked very well, did not go down for breakfast but my other family members were pleased with it」

「The hotel is so bad, it should not be operational. The room and hotel were not as advertised. The room was not cleaned, mold on the ceilings, bathroom, and in the fridge, there were cracks in the walls all the way to the ceiling, and brown matter on the walls. Upon addressing the issues with staff, they said the cleaning staff could not do anything until the next morning and we could not have another room. I asked for a remodeled room and was told there were none.」

「Everything was almost perfect. The hot tub was broken. That's the one thing i enjoy most. Breakfast, staff, and other amenities were on spot. Room was clean 」

「This was my second stay in about 6 weeks. Breakfast options are great--eggs, bacon/sausage patties, oatmeal, waffles, pastries, fresh fruit.. With a late arrival, parking was full except for three EV charging spots so they allowed me to use one spot. I took the one which seemed to be out of order. The room had a modern, functional layout. 」
