“I would have loved to have given a 5* review because the apartment deserved it - but the apprehension caused by the failure of the hotel to send key codes for access prior to arrival was not a good start to our holiday. Fortunately, the host responded promptly to my panicked voice call from outside the locked reception in the baking heat and the access issue was resolved quickly via direct WhatsApp connection. My expectations of the apartment were exceeded. FULLY equipped - all brand new……

“Location to Mikrolimano where there are many restaurants. Staff very nice food was good. The only negative was the noise from traffic at night. The balcony doors weren't sound proof enough.”

“Short walking distance from Metro directly from Airport and Bus stop to port. The breakfast buffet was a good selection of cold and hot food with local Greek baked items. Modern and bright. Good local restaurants nearby.”

“The property manager was dismissive in every interaction. There were not pillow cases provided our first night and we had to track down the cleaning staff to get fresh ones. The tiny elevator was left full of all the laundry bags by the staff. The units rely on key code entry and the battery died preventing entry to our room. The manager was slow and dismissive to deal with this. Also, the water gets way too hot. The shower scolded my wife when she tried to start it, and it was pointed right out……

“Loved this accommodation, was exactly as you see in the pictures. I had a 1 bed studio with balcony looking into the street. You have everything there you would need. Great AC Great little kitchen area TV with WiFi access for apps and casting. Checking in was so simple, they send you a code to get in the door which is also your room code too. I asked for early check in via the app and they text me about 1pm to yes it's ready. Great service. Bathroom was good if not a little tight for……

“Was allocated room 61, on arrival it was like an oven as aircon wasn’t working. Reported this and told give it 5 minutes, then 10 minutes, then 25 minutes and so on just getting fobbed off. After 3 hours gave up and booked another hotel as couldn’t stay overnight there in the heat. Receptionist was trying to be helpful but couldn’t do anything without manager approval who was no where to be seen and uncontactable. Asked for refund but again basically they refused to respond to Expedia.”
