"Excellent, comfortable house with everything you could need, including a mobile bakery stopping outside the house twice a week. We enjoyed meals on the patio in the spacious garden and lovely view. The host was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, helping us to arrange a vet visit for our dog. Set in a beautiful location, within 40mins of many attractions to visit, it was just what we were hoping for. My family and dog found it super for exploring the eifel national park with endless hiking, cycling and horse riding trails nearby including many on our doorstep. Everywhere we went we found people very friendly, helpful and dog friendly, allowing our dog into cafes, restaurants and satzvey castle. The range of German cakes and hot chocolates were delicious! We enjoyed a fabulous holiday and hope to return."

"We liked the size of the room and where the hotel was located in the town. It was easy to access the F1 shuttle and walkable for many good cafes and restaurants. There was also a very cute dog that may have lived with the owner that was a big highlight. We did not like the condition of the hotel or room. The pictures on the website were obviously of a better time for the hotel. The bed was uncomfortable, the two very old pillows were almost not pillows, the bed linens and towels were very worn. The shower had great water pressure but the shower enclosure was awkward and ineffective. The bathroom floor was very slippery with so much water getting on it. There was no tv, the wifi was not good and the parking is just general street parking ( which we had no problem finding parking). Overall, I would personally not stay at this hotel again. It is way too run down and old. However the place would be cute if some love and care was put back into it. "
