"Upon arrival, room was prepped with one towel although the reservation was for two individuals. The towel was dirty and stained. "The was confusion and I ended up staying at the resort. I would have been very disappointed to stay at the hotel with the money I paid. The staff at the resort were friendly and helpful and my room was very quiet. The breakfast was super. Although the resort is in Karagita, I never experienced anything negative. The lighting in the room should be improved since some people come to work not just leisure."
