"As whole, the apartment was nice. From a convenience standpoint, the location was excellent. The apartment is generally in good condition and well appointed. However, one of the couches in the living area was broken and extensively stained. It was not useable from our perspective. Also, be aware that the area is very noisy, including a shared courtyard that was filled with very loud commotion (likely from the restaurant on the first floor) as early as 5:30 a.m. each day."
