「Staff was great, office staff seemed to care and worked to accomodate guests, they seemed to enjoy helping wherever there was need. Housekeeping was excellent, except did not replenish room coffee packets , however front desk very accommodating. Coffee maker in lobby was a big plus. Breakfast was ok, but would have enjoyed some oatmeal snd a variety of breads/pastries.」

「The guest house was so cute, very clean, and easy to access. The host was very communicative and welcoming. They even left us hot cocoa and cookies, which was a very thoughtful touch. I will definitely be booking this listing again on my next visit if it's available.」

「The room was filthy. My kids weren’t in there for 5 minutes before their feet were black on their soles. Their profile says they offer infant cribs/toddler beds and they do not which is the ONLY reason I booked the stay here. Them not having the beds like they said resulted in my toddler falling out of the bed and a bloody nose. 」
