Room smelt musty and smoky- despite the fact it's supposed to be a non smoking room. Everything felt old and unclean. The website claims to have upgraded their rooms- but outside of the tv selection I couldn't tell.

Roaches in the room, mold in the shower, and a strong old/storage smell made the stay uncomfortable. I was in and out after arriving late that cold rainy evening and reported it the next day to the clerk on duty. At checkout on the third day, I spoke to Janette like I was told to, but she didn’t seem interested in helping. Not rude, just dismissive and too comfortable blaming the situation on me instead of fixing anything. I wouldn’t stay here again. Needs serious improvement in cleanliness and customer care.

Very scary area not safe at all better to get a room at the casino. We arrived around 7pm and the door was locked so there was a tiny window to check in at and homeless other suspicious characters are all around. The man checking us in was rude blunt and irritated that he had to get up and check us in he took forever running our debit card. Parking lot is scary has signs posted about they are not responsible for break in to the cars im sure it happens often. Room was surprisingly clean and big.

Prideless and sad

I booked a non-smoking room and it smelled so strong of smoke, almost as if someone was in the room with us. It looked like someone tried to kick in the door with the boot scuffs. The bed mattress was gross, graffiti in the shower, no way to call the front desk with no numbers on the phone. I was not impressed for 100$

This is Hemet, so the area can be a little sketchy, but the hotel room itself is big and lovely. However, the internet did not work at all. The manager tried to tell me that the router was right outside my room, and every time I would walk outside, the internet would work. It would not work in my room. So if you're going for internet you cannot stay here. I would stay here again if they had working internet, but I come out to work, so this is not an option anymore.

Dirty, poor "renovation", felt unsafe.

I believe this is also a "long term stay" hotel. There were bags of trash all over the property. The "landscaping" was dirt, some plastic grass, rocks. It stunk and the grounds were filthy. Under the sink was some sort of drip damage. The toilet seat cover was worn, dirty, and had a blue stain. The tile in the shower looked slapped together. Overall disgusting. Days Inn and Wyndham should be ashamed allowing their name on this horror show.

The area is bad and the smell inside the room was also terrible. Cable tv was out of the picture the ppl next door were either smoking inside or doing some high level drug. Everything was sketchy. Stay at your own risk…
