"My Partner and I decided to spend Xmas in Winterberg. We chose Ms Thiels property from the photos and its location. Both were accurate and lived up to expectations. It’s location is excellent for access to Winterberg, 10 mins away, the lake and walking trails across the road. The property was comfortable and fitted out meet a home from home experience. We enjoyed our Xmas and stay very much. The only downside is the lack of internet access."

"Ein wundervolles Haus! Der Kamin wurde täglich genutzt und im Hottub waren wir auch an 3 von 6 Abenden. Am liebsten hätten wir ihn noch häufiger genutzt, allerdings brauchten wir im Schnitt 6 Std um ihn zu beheizen (bei ca 0 Grad und teilweise Schnee). Wahrscheinlich haben wir irgendwas falsch gemacht, aber auch Google und YouTube konnten uns keine weiteren Tipps geben. Wir konnten hervorragend entspannen, waren aber auch innerhalb von 10 Min in Willingen. Warum „nur“ 4 von 5 Sternen? Uns wäre...

"Wir haben uns in der gemütlich eingerichteten und sehr sauberen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine Bäckerei und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar. In ca. 10- 15 Minuten ist man am See und kann dort wunderbar wandern. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen."

"Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für eine solch große Gruppe war optimal. Wir sind mit 14 Leuten angereist und hatten eine perfekte Lage, mitten in Willingen. Einige Möbelstücke und Amaturen sind vermutlich durch vorherige Besucher schon etwas in mitleidenschaft geraten. Wir konnten den Vermieter allerdings umgehend kontaktieren und haben schnelle und freundliche Hilfe erhalten. Zuden war es für unseren Urlaub auch kein Hindernis. Gerne wieder!!"

Sleeping accommodation for guests over 10 people is not ideal and dining area is quite cramped but these are only small remarks for improvement.
