「We had an absolutely amazing family trip staying at Jordan and Jessica’s place! Our group included 6 adults and 7 kids (ages 5 to 21), and the two units—located conveniently next door to each other—were perfect for our needs. The building itself is beautiful and packed with fantastic amenities. We used the heated pool every single day, and it was a huge hit with everyone. Having the grills and tables right by the pool made it so easy to enjoy relaxed lunches together—kids would just hop out for...

「Very disappointed with our stay. Wasn’t clean. Was just an overall dirty feeling. The door on the side doesn’t lock properly. The front door constantly gave us issues by not accepting the code that was provided or just wouldn’t unlock at all. The host did not try to accommodate us even after going out and spending more money to make the home feel like a home. It was a terrible experience.」

「The host texted me from two different numbers that belong to a completely different name on the VRBO site. Which made me completely uncomfortable. Also, the check in information was sent via VRBO and then texted to me with a different code. I had to tell the host that to stop texting me and message me through VRBO only.
