“This place is little better than a youth hostel: unwelcoming, grim, dirty and unsafe. You would do better sleeping in a skip. There are no human beings involved in the entire process; all communication is through WhatsApp. Upon "registering" you are presented with a series of additional charges not mentioned on the booking site before "check-in". “Beautiful studio in an absolute excellent location. Can’t wait to come back!!”

“Great location”

“Gorgeous flat, quiet, really comfortable, fantastic set up with everything you need in the kitchen, clean, and even a couple of croissants left for breakfast. The bed was comfy, the room was dark and a blackbird very gently woke us up at a reasonable time in the morning. “Very good experience. Many thanks.”

“This property is in disrepair and is not being maintained. One part of the floor is sinking and propped by loose boards. There is an overall smell of mildew/mold throughout the place, and most of the surfaces need a good cleaning. In the bathroom the shower tap is rigged so that you cannot increase the temperature past a moderate level, and the shower door is falling off the frame. I also came across many spiders. ”

“Thanks for a great stay. We loved the property. It is beautifully decorated. It stayed wonderfully cool. The beds were very comfortable. It was perfectly clean and as described. We can’t fault it. We’ve stayed in many apartments in Brighton and this has been our favourite.”
