「Hailey at the desk was awesome when we checked in as we normally do not stay in hotels as we are the camping type of people. When I told her that we were her for my brother’s funeral she gave us a bereavement rate and offered us her sympathy and also said if we needed anything while we were there to just ask. She definitely is a people person!! I told my nephews and niece where we were staying for the funeral so they chose to be there with us in fact we enjoyed breakfast together on Monday...

「Second visit to this hotel for a funeral…again. Very compassionate staff. Hotel is undergoing renovation so there are some minor inconveniences. Did not really affect us. Dog friendly was a plus. Breakfast is of very good quality and changed both days with plenty of options. Best coffee! Staff was wonderful. Grounds are being updated as well. Looks great so far.
