“The room was fine. My poor rating is the result of my interaction with the staff when checking in. I lost my temper, swore and walked about ten yards away, at which point I was told that the place employed security and I could be removed from the property. I was not threatening, and there was no recognition on the part of the staff that the hotel’s stance was unreasonable.
