“Zehn Tage Aufenthalt mit Kindern. Boden wurde nie gewischt, Ameisen in den Zimmern ( zwei Zimmer nebeneinander mit Pool ) Spinnen und Kakerlaken. Am Abend nachdem wir das gemeldet haben kam jemand zum nachsehen. Am nächsten Tag kam ein Manager des Hotels tat auf überrascht, spendierte ein Steak und das Zimmer blieb wieder nicht sauber. Spiegel schmutzig, Boden nicht gewischt, keine Handtücher beim Pool, Mistkübel wurde nicht gewechselt. Die Küche -Halbpension-Frühstück und Abendessen, wobei am……

“We had a great stay at Creta Maris Resort. The all inclusive setup makes it super relaxing – you don’t have to think about anything and can fully unwind. Most staff were friendly and helpful, except for one or two at Enomy Restaurant whose English made communication tricky, and the luggage staff who seemed a bit indifferent. Food-wise, I recommend booking the à la carte restaurants. Buffets offer variety but are average in quality. Enomy has more choices than Estia. We tried Alatsi – excellent……

“Hotel was good overall but the only problem I had was that food could be better but luckily for me I only did half board so that way I was abt to go get either lunch or dinner outside the resort.”

“Service is great. But property itself is very ran down. Broken windows , air conditioners are on a last HP. They need to be renovated big time. Well anyways I am not sure if whole Crete is like this or it’s just this hotel but I wouldn’t pay this money again to stay here. If it was half the price I would consider.”

“We had never been to Crete before and we have loved it. The hotel is in a beautiful setting with sea views. All the staff are fantastic, excellent service and incredibly helpful when organising excursions. The rooms we had were clean and met our expectations. Being slightly outside Agia Pelagia itself means that it is a little quieter but it is easy to get to the beach when you want to. The food we had at the hotel surpassed our expectations, breakfasts were plentiful of high quality and great……

“Excellent hotel, outstanding concierge (ladies in blue), very good food, housekeeping is a bit inconsistent, great big modern rooms each with a pool...splurge for the rooms with a gym mainly to get a 2x sized pool/terrace plus sauna, it is like an apartment.”
