The apartment is very bright and lovingly furnished. It consists of a living room with a seating area and a dining room furniture. In addition, a well-equipped kitchen. The bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed measuring 140 cm x 200 cm.

The bathroom has daylight and has a bathtub, shower and washbasin with toilet. The balcony faces south and is also equipped with table chairs and a parasol.

Insect screens were installed on all doors and windows. In addition, the 2nd bedroom can be used as a guest room. A couch is available for you to pull out.

The "Sonnenschein" apartment features two modern bathrooms as well as a fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired – from the Spatzenhobel to the cake mould. The spacious living room with a dining area for up to eight people and a comfortable lounge area invites sociable hours. Both bedrooms in the larger apartment and the associated bathrooms are designed to always preserve your privacy. Upon request, we provide children’s or baby cots in both apartments. For a pleasant sleep, all windows and doors are equipped with reliable insect screens and roller shutters, which ensures a quiet sleep especially in the summer. The newly designed terrace with its own garden area offers the perfect opportunity to enjoy nature outdoors. Upon arrival, our guests have two free parking spaces directly at the house as well as a carport in the courtyard.
