“Séjour catastrophique, la propreté des logements étaient à désirer. Sol sale, moisissure dans la douche,cheveux et poil dans le lavabo. Quand nous sommes arrivés le logement n'était même pas prêt ,les draps et serviettes des précédents locataires étaient encore là,il y avait un radiateur a même le sol. Sans parler du fait qu'il y avait une autre réservation du logement sur notre réservation à nous.”
