Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub in Heringsdorf erleben dürfen, die 950 im Anreise haben sich absolut gelohnt. Unser Appartement in den Kaiser-Villen war hervorragend. Von der sehr freundlichen Begrüßung, den Service, die Garage war reserviert, wir konnten bereits im 14.00 Uhr unsere Wohnung beziehen, bis hin zu der sehr schönen Wohnung, alles bestens. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war perfekt, alles vorhanden und sehr sauber. Auch Waschmaschine und Trockner gratis und auch ein großer Abstellraum für unsere E-Bikes haben das Gesamtbild noch positiver abgerundet. Von der Wohnung zum sehr schönen Strand, nur 4 Minuten, dies ist ideal, besser ging es nicht. Von Herzen unseren Dank an das gesamte Team, wir werden die Kaiser-Villen weiterempfehlen und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder. H.Bärs, Kiefersfelddn

Die Delbrückvillen befinden sich in zentraler aber ruhiger Lage an der Strandpromenade von Herings..

Die Delbrückvillen befinden sich in zentraler aber ruhiger Lage an der Strandpromenade von Heringsdorf. Gebäude und Außenanlagen sind gut instandgehalten und gepflegt. Es handelt sich um ein relativ großzügiges Grundstück mit Kurzzeitparkmöglichkeiten für An- und Abreise. Das nahegelegene Parkhaus ist unproblematisch zu erreichen. Sehr angenehm sind die durchgrünte Umgebung und die erhöhte Lage der Gebäude mit Vorgartenbereich, Aus- und Eingangsmöglichkeit zur Promenade und der benachbarte Strandzugang. Wir hatten eine gut ausgestattete ansprechende Wohnung mit Markengeräten und ausreichend wertigem Geschirr. Das Gastronomieangebot ist gut, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Das Kultur- und Veranstaltungsangebot ist auf unterschiedliche Urlaubergruppen (meist Familien und Paare) zugeschnitten. Gefallen hat uns der saubere Strand, die durchlaufende (einheitliche) Strandpromenade von Bansin über Heringsdorf bis Ahlbeck mit getrenntem Geh- und Radweg, Toiletten (kostenfrei) sowie die verbindende Buslinie (kostenfreie Nutzung mit Kurkarte).
