This tastefully decorated holiday apartment is located on the second floor, facing northeast, in Building 2 of the popular Seehof apartment complex—nestled between the Baltic Sea beach and Schloonsee Lake in the imperial spa town of Bansin on Usedom.

Amenities
The holiday apartment, which includes Wi-Fi, features two separate bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—each equipped with a flat-screen TV; a living-dining area with an electric fireplace, a TV and hi-fi system with a flat-screen TV and DVD player, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony overlooking the Baltic Sea.
The non-smoking apartment features a fully equipped open kitchen with a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and freezer compartment.
Upon request, we can provide a cot and a high chair for a fee.

Special features
Pets are welcome in the apartment.
For a fee, you can use the washing machine and dryer in the building. An ironing board and iron are available for shared use in the laundry room. The complex features a sauna, which is available to you daily starting at 5:00 p.m. free of charge.

A parking space assigned to your apartment in the building’s underground garage—which features a double-parking system and height restriction—can be booked for an additional fee. Please carefully compare your car’s dimensions with the manufacturer’s specifications in the "Photo Gallery" on our website beforehand. Instructions for using the double-parking system’s parking spaces can be found directly in the underground garage. Use of the system is at your own risk and responsibility. We would like to point out that charging electric cars using the building’s electrical system is prohibited. Please use public charging stations instead.

The sauna area at the Großer Seehof will be unavailable from 02.03.2026 through, tentatively, the end of September 2026 due to renovation work.
