One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because I was under the impression that breakfast was included. When I raised this with the front desk, I was told the only way to receive breakfast was by purchasing a coupon during the booking process. Interestingly, there was never any option to purchase such a coupon when I made my reservation. The employee advised that only a manager could……

“We have stayed here a few times but this time we had a few issues. Checked in and our room was 84 degrees and so hot couldn’t sleep the first night. Even turning down the thermostat in the morning it was still at 84. Told front desk in the morning and was told they look into it. But when we went back upstairs we noticed there was a beer fridge in the cabinet. The fridge door wouldn’t shut cause there was water bottles in way! So we took them out. That night we came back around 930pm and it was……

“It's a great location and its clean which is very important. Unfortunately they don't have a gym and the floor i was on didnt have an elevator so I had to carry my very heavy bag up stairs. It would be a difficult situation for somome with limited physical ability to carry luggage up stairs”

“Place wasn’t bad. Except shower didn’t drain good, had people in the back parking area drinking and doing all kinds of stuff.”
