「Check-in time was limited 3pn to 6pm. Delays on Le shuttle meant we wouldn't arrive until nearly 7pm. We messaged the hotel. This was not a problem for them. On arrival we checked in and obtained our room. Very spacious and comfortable. We went down for dinner and found a table on the terrace. Everything was amazing from service to food. The head waiter was chatty and engaging. Great service. Very impressed.」

「An incredible option for a value for money stay in Venlo. You may not get a pool, or a restaurant etc. but you do get all that you actually need and nothing more. No unnecessary frills just the basics done superbly well. A spacious room, decent shower room/toilet/wash-basin etc. Huge tv on the wall opposite the bed. What you do get is location! 「Het hotel is geweldig. Mooie schone kamers en erg ruim en knus. Het ontbijt is fantastisch, ruim aanbod voor zowel liefhebbers van zoet als hartig. En het personeel is attent en heel vriendelijk. Wij hadden een waterkoker die vol zat met kalk, de volgende dag stond er een nieuwe voor ons klaar nadat we het bij de receptie hadden doorgegeven. Dat is de service die je hoopt te krijgen en het hotel voldeed daar helemaal aan. 」
