Property was beautiful and on site restaurant was really good. Room layout was a bit odd, but the room & bathroom were clean and bed was comfortable. Parking was easy and conveniently located close to hotel entrance.

Amazing hotel in Venlo

Reception day staff 5 star Reception night staff 5 star Beds 5 star Bedroom 5 star Shower 5 star Restaurant food 2 star and extremely expensive If you are staying in Venlo, book this hotel it will meet all your expectations. BUT don’t eat here, service is slow, food is poor quality and extremely expensive.

Fabulous on-site facilities

The trip was amazing. Easy check-in. We were slightly early, however the staff accommodated us. Staff were friendly and professional. Rooms were absolutely fabulous. On-site facilities were out of this world, e.g. fitness centre and swimming pool. Bar was great too with service to one's table. Would definitely return. Very highly recommended.

Te hotel is very well finished, and the staff are very nice. It is a great hotel for staying solo. The only problem i have is with the check-in. Other hotels are making it as easy and as quick as possible for people to check in - here you have to sign in on a tablet and you are asked for far too much information, including address and DOB. They also look at your ID, which I understand. I would like to know what they need all the personal information for and what happens to it after you leave?

OMG.. fantastic

Stayed here 30 and 15 years ago and I recall being happy with the hotel. Since then it’s been very recently refurbished. OMG! What a transformation. It’s absolutely lovely. We stayed in a suite and it was stunning. The bed, duvet and pillows were the best I’ve slept in…. Ever slept in. Our evening meal, live cooking buffet was very special, and brought to life by our waiter Jim. The breakfast the following day will stay with me forever, never have I experienced such choice. If you’re looking to stay in Venlo then I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Book a suite, dinner and breakfast, you’ll not regret it.

Magnifique chambre, design et fonctionnelle. L’hôtel est bien situé et dispose d’un grand parking. Le personnel est courtois mais la réceptionniste n’était pas très souriante et relativement froide. Dommage, sinon tout était parfait !
