「I've stayed at this hotel many times over the years (starting back in the 1990s), including before it became a Red Roof Inn (it used to be a "mom and pop" called the Herkimer Motel). 「The staff was attentive and helpful. The beds and bedding were comfortable, although an additional pillow on each bed would be nice since the pillows (4) were very soft. 「Everything was great from the room to the breakfast and staff especially the young man at the desk when my grand daughter and I arrived his name is Keshang he was exceptionally good he was very very attentive to us and was ready to help make our stay better in any way he could give that man a raise !! 「I must say upon arrival a wonderful lady at the desk named Shaniqua was very pleasant and helpful I had a long travel and I wasn’t expecting such a vibrant personality it was really nice to have that experience.
