“Clean room, spacious apartment, good location. The only reasons did not give 5 stars are. The arrival emails was not clear and there were no mats at all. Coming up downstairs nor into the apartment. As it had been snowing we got dirty water on the floor. As no mats were provided we had to use a towel. Also,!no kitchen sponge or dish towels. Not major issues but caused annoyance. Beautiful apartment. ”

Luckly I was on my way back home and I had the choice to go home to have my daily shower, but if I would have a business meeting, the situation was really unacepptable. Unfortunately, communication with the agency was not very efficient, and the eKey for locking and unlocking the door had some issues. However, the gift of the Kärnten Card provided by the resort is a big plus. I highly recommend this place, especially if you're traveling with kids”

“Everything about this hideaway hotel is perfect, is astonishing and breathtaking. We stumbled upon this place by a complete coincidence, and now I felt like it is meant to be. “Pros: Die Lage, der Ausblick auf die Berge, die Umgebung, die Gastfreundschaft. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche, super Wetter, haben viel unternommen. Die Kinder haben in der Umgebung getobt, sich direkt mit anderen Kindern verstanden und zusammen gespielt. Wir haben mit anderen Gästen und den Vermietern auf der tollen Terrasse gesessen und geklönt. Ich kann diese Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Cons: Es gibt nichts zu meckern!”
