Mixed feelings

This is a charming property with great potential for larger groups and ideally located. However, the property unfortunately isn't treated as it deserves to be. It lacks central heating and the two bathrooms date back to the 1960's. The kitchen is well equipped and matrasses are all new, the living room is very very basic. The garden isn't well kept either with bushes obstructing the sea view. We nonetheless had a great time, but won't be returning.

En face de la mer

Une trÚs grande maison, avec beaucoup de place.Le charme de l ancien...trÚs sympa avec des enfants en bas ùge. Nous avons passé une bonne semaine avec nos enfants et petits enfants. Couchage de qualité. La douche du 1er est trÚs vétuste et à restaurer...la plage à proximité est un vrai plus.

Un beau moment

Nous avons passĂ© un week-end entre amis dans cette Ă©tonnante maison pour une fĂȘte d’anniversaire. Tout est bien pensĂ©, propre, les literies excellentes. Le nombre de couchage est impressionnant et plusieurs chambres ont des vues incroyables sur la belle plage d’Hermanville. Magique d’ĂȘtre ainsi les pieds dans l’eau. Un beau souvenir pour tout le groupe.

Magnifique maison face Ă  la mer

Grande maison de charme face à la mer. Prendre le petit déjeuner avec vue sur la mer était un vraie bonheur. Les chambres sont grandes et confortables.

Une maison idéale!!

Maison idéalement équipée pour des groupes d'amis/familles. Idéalement placée en front de mer (il faisait beau, donc la perfection!). Une arrivée et un départ parfaitement gérés avec les interlocuteurs de la maison, vraiment rien à redire, sauf que je prévois déjà d'y retourner! Merci encore pour ce séjour.

Agréable maison d'époque

Grande maison ancienne, avec vue trÚs agréable et accÚs direct à la plage. Couchages en nombre et de trÚs bonne qualité. Au vu du nombre de chambres et donc d'occupants, le nombre de sanitaires (WC / douches) semble sous-dimensionné, mais cela semble logique pour une maison de conception ancienne, dans l'attente de rénovations. Séjour trÚs agréable Nos remerciements à Aïcha pour sa gentillesse.

Abominable

TrĂšs mauvaise expĂ©rience. Le jeudi, Madame Petit nous annonce que l'Ă©tat des lieux est Ă  17h30 le vendredi. Pas une minute de plus. Nous habitons tous Ă  3h de route et travaillons. L'un d'entre nous doit poser un congĂ© pour venir Ă  l'heure exigĂ©e. Puis elle nous dit que le dĂ©part aura lieu Ă  11h le dimanche. Nous dĂ©couvrons donc, la veille du sĂ©jour, que nous avons louĂ© la maison pour une journĂ©e. Si nous avions eu toutes ces informations au moment de payer, nous nous serions tournĂ©s vers une autre maison. Mais nous avons jouĂ© le jeu de payer la totalitĂ© en avance, devenant les otages de la propriĂ©taire. Puis nous apprenons que nous devons venir avec un chĂšque de caution d’un montant trĂšs Ă©levĂ©. Un autre couple s'est alors vu obligĂ© de poser son aprĂšs-midi afin d'ĂȘtre prĂ©sent Ă  17h30 pour donner un chĂšque. Nous avons dĂ©couvert aprĂšs coup qu'Abritel bloquait dĂ©jĂ  un montant important pour la caution : ce chĂšque n'a aucune raison d'ĂȘtre. En arrivant le vendredi, l'intermĂ©diaire qui nous reçoit nous annonce : "Vous allez rire mais il n'y a pas de chauffage. Je vous plains. ". Nous avons deux nourrissons, ça ne nous fait pas rire. Elle nous affirme que c'est dans l'annonce (ce qui est faux) et que la maison n'est pas louĂ©e avant dĂ©but mai d'habitude. Mais, dans ce cas, pourquoi ne pas nous prĂ©venir au moment oĂč nous payons pour un week-end mi-avril ? Par ailleurs, alors qu'il nous a Ă©tĂ© Ă©lĂ©gamment demandĂ© d'apporter draps, serviettes et papier toilette (!), l'intermĂ©diaire nous dĂ©signe un rouleau de sopalin et un rouleau de papier toilette en nous indiquant : "soit vous les consommez et vous les remplacez, soit vous n'y touchez pas". Comme c'est accueillant ! Lors de l'Ă©tat des lieux de sortie, alors que nous attendons de repartir avec les nourrissons dans les bras, l'intermĂ©diaire dĂ©fait et refait chacun des 15 lits (!) sans nous expliquer pourquoi. Elle dĂ©couvre une tĂąche sans aucune odeur, de l'eau, sur un des lits. Elle dĂ©cide donc de garder notre chĂšque. DĂšs le lendemain, Madame Petit prĂ©lĂšve la caution Abritel pour cette tĂąche d'eau - alors qu'elle a toujours notre chĂšque. A fuir Ă  tout prix donc car au delĂ  de la malhonnĂȘtetĂ©, de la pingrerie gĂ©nĂ©ralisĂ©e et de l'absence de confort, il semblerait que Madame Petit se fasse de l'argent sur le dos de ses locataires.
