“Very clean & cozy. Great chairs around the fire pit. The hot tub was really hot & clean. Quiet area & somewhat secluded.”

“We had such a wonderful stay here. The property was quaint, peaceful, and incredibly well-appointed, with everything clean and thoughtfully maintained. We loved the mix of original charm with modern upgrades and refreshed touches. The hot tub was a huge plus, especially being set in its own air-conditioned Florida room. Between spotting deer in the backyard, enjoying the game room, and fishing out back, it was the perfect little getaway. Close to plenty of natural springs, parks, and nature, but……

“House was very clean and updated. Location was excellent, close to Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landings. The included golf cart was a great perk. We enjoyed it very much. Jeff the host was fantastic - excellent communication and right on top of any questions that we had or anything that we needed. Will definitely stay here the next time we visit The Villages!”

“The inside of the house was cute and clean. Master bath is very small. The exterior was not inviting and the area was a bit older and some homes unkept. Now I know why there were no exterior pictures of the house on line! Also, lots of old artificial flowers which made it look cheap. Lots of weeds and front porch light didn’t work. I feel like the price was high for the area and outside area. I probably would not re-book.”
