“First of all, the name of the property was different from what was shown on my reservation. The person at the front desk just kept saying that they were only there temporarily and did nothing to resolve the situation.
I had booked three rooms, but one of them had not even been cleaned. In the end, we had no choice but to find another place to stay.
It was a terrible experience, and I will never stay here again.”

“The room was great. It was clean and met our needs. However, the traffic outside was so loud and there were only cheap blinds on the windows. So light shown in the room all night. I slept with ear plugs and an eye mask on. Also, it is campus housing for several colleges. On the weekend, there was a lot of noise and the floor smelled of weed. However, everything was clean and well furnished and it was close to a metro.”

“My stay at Sonder Georgetown C&O Apartments was deeply disappointing due to a highly distressing lockout caused by an unprofessional deposit policy. The staff failed to collect the $50 deposit at check-in and later insisted I return to pay it, without clarifying any deadline or potential consequences. “Good location and reasonably comfortable. Air-conditioning wasn't so effective and pillows were quite lumpy. Dissappointed that car parking was not included, especially as the car park was empty and daily charge was significantly higher and less safe than nearby garages. Overall it was an ok experience but could have been better.”
