"Advisory to travelers: The hotel office is not always manned but they have 2 phone numbers meets posted on the door. I got an immediate response from Nicole who was awesome. She walked me through the cypher lock on room door and sent me 2 follow on notes to call if I needed anything. Great customer service —I have traveled extensively for business and pleasure, and that means a lot to me. Would definitely stay again. As coincidence, I met a guy at downtown bar who was also staying there and he liked it very much as well."

"Nicely decorated, close to Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. Pull out couch was broken on one side, uncomfortable to sleep on and bathtub was clogged."

"It was our first "glamping" experience and it was great! There were enough amenities to make life not overly arduous, but not so much it took away the camping experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely check out the locations in other national parks."

"it was a hard check in - lock boxes however since we checked in later there was not box for us and had to wait for a staff member to answer phone and come to office. place was clean, a little dated. mosquitoes in the room. easy to find and close enough to get to things."
