Große,Ferienwohnung mit Renovierungsbedarf
Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich groß. Jedoch müßte da mal eine Renovierung statt finden. Der Balkon, ist auch sehr groß, aber leider auch in einem sehr denkwürdigen Zustand. 2 Liegen vorhanden, jedoch ist bei einer Liege schon die Naht aufgegangen.Da ich aber nur 66 kg wiege, hat sie mich noch grade so ausgehalten. Zur Küche: Sie ist gut ausgestattet. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Aber, da es keine Dunstabzugshaube gibt, waren die Weingläser über der Küche mit Fett verschmiert, da sie auf einem Regal standen.Die Eierbecher waren auch nicht so ganz sauber. Auch gehört es sich nicht, daß von den Vormietern Lebensmittelreste (angebrochenen Nudeltüten), Teetütchen, viele alte Gewürzen usw. zurück bleiben. So etwas geht gar nicht. Der die Vermieter in müßte da nach jedem Wechsel, alles was zurück bleibt, entsorgen! Solche Dinge habe in einer Ferienwohnung nichts zu suchen. Beim Badezimmer, auch relativ groß, gab s keine Beanstandungen.Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Sogar eine Waschmaschiene ist vorhanden.

Eine schöne Woche am Ammersee und Umgebung
Die Ferienwohnung war schön und sauber. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet für die Selbstverpflegung. Die Fahrten zu anderen Seen in der Umgebung sind gut und angenehm zu fahren.

Urlaub am Ammersee
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub und haben uns insbesondere über die große Dachterrasse mit seitlichem Seeblick gefreut. Die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet, so dass wir uns prima selbst versorgen konnten. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin verlief problemlos. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

ich hab vorher noch nie in einer Mansarden-Wohnung gewohnt…
die Mansarden-Wohnung/1.OG in Breitbrunn (6 km bis Herrsching) ist geschickt aufgeteilt; Alles wobei man aufrecht stehen können sollte (Küche/Herd und Spüle und im Bad/Waschbecken und WC), ist an der Mittelwand/höhste Stelle ausgerichtet. alles Andere (Geschirr-Unterschränke in der Küche, das bequeme Bett und der Esstisch drinnen (ich hab immer draußen, auf dem großen Balkon gefrühstückt) ist geschickt unter den Schrägen untergebracht. großer West-Balkon, morgens Schatten. (abends war ich immer an der Seepromenade in Herrsching, für die grandiosen Sonnenuntergänge dort). Wenn man ganz links am Rand der Balkonbrüstung steht, kann man etwas vom See erblicken. Im Winter, wenn der riesige Baum vom Haus unterhalb nicht belaubt ist, kann man sicher mehr vom See sehen. zum kurz Baden (keine Liegewiese) kann man zu Fuß in ca 5min zum Segelclub Breitbrunn gehen; schöne Bademöglichkeit mit großer Liegewiese am Bootsanleger Breitbrunn (ca 4min mit dem Rad) einen Radweg nach Herrsching (6km) gibt es leider entlang der vielbefahrenen Straße St2067 keinen, aber Möglichkeit etwas oberhalb, über Ellwang (ca. 25min). Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war einwandfrei und zuvorkommend, check in über Schlüsselsafe unkompliziert. Ich fand meine drei „Me time“-Tage (unter der Woche) in Seenähe sehr entspannt.
