Spotless , Spacious & Welcoming

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Casa Blu. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very well maintained, which made the whole experience comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. What really stood out, though, was the warm welcome and hospitality of the staff—always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything needed. Casa Blu is the perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality. I would highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again!

While my stay at Casa Blu was short, I never the less enjoyed it immensely. The facilities are top notch, the room was clean, quiet & comfortable, and the friendly staff went above and beyond to be accomodating... due to a very early flight I needed to check out before enjoying the included breakfast, and the staff prepared me a lovely take-away box that made my early morning craziness of car rental drop-off and airport check-in just a bit more manageable. I highly recommend you look in to staying here if your travels take you to Heraklion, on the beautiful island of Crete!

My husband and I stayed at Casa Blu in August for 10 nights and what an amazing place. We stayed in one of the newer private pool suites and it was perfect. The room was very spacious with generous outside space and a good sized private pool. It was impeccably clean and had all we needed. The private pool was big enough to cool down in and looked out to the sea. We got the sun from morning until about 4pm/5pm but there was shade to sit under too. The food (breakfast and lunch) was delicious and we hope they start to serve dinner in the future too. What can we say about the staff; they truly are amazing and made our stay even better. We will definitely be back and would whole heartedly recommended Casa Blu.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenhalt mehr als zufreiden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die gegend lädt zum spazieren und die lokalen Bars/Restaurants zum entdecken ein. Das Zimmer war immer sauber und die Anlage an sich ist sehr gepflegt.

Si vous cherchez un hôtel dans la région, Je vous recommande Casa Blu! Un hôtel charmant en tout point. Tout d abord la propreté des chambres mais aussi de l’hôtel en règle général, les parties communes, le restaurant, les piscines il n’y a rien à redire. Ensuite, le personnel: des hôtes très accueillants et une équipe toujours souriante, prête à rendre service, de la femme de ménage au personnel de restauration, à la réception, tout le monde est d’une extrême amabilité et tellement souriant ! L’hôtel est calme et très bien situé (moins d’un km de la mer) entre deux petites villes où vous pouvez flâner le soir et où trouverez de nombreux restaurants et autres boutiques de souvenirs . Adultes seulement, avec une ambiance très conviviale, petite ambiance musicale au restaurant et piscine très agréable, petit concert une fois dans la semaine et soirée BBQ. Les chambres sont grandes, très bien équipées avec une belle vue et le plus une petite terrasse. J’ai été conquise par cet hôtel et j’y reviendrais très certainement. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour votre accueil.
