Unfortunately it was not what we expected. Comfortable rooms but poor maintenance of rooms . Old and run down . TV didn't work , bathroom had an awful smell ,walls were dirty , windows wouldn't lock , card key didn't work . Needs major renovations . They tried to keep it clean. Bed mattresses were very old and uncomfortable . The hotel looks like it's shutting down, it looks empty and abandoned , the few employees we saw were pleasant and tried with the resources available to please us ( those that we actually saw were about 2) .Not what it seems in pictures at all.

Disappointing

We did not realise when we booked that the 'annex' building is a 10 minute walk from the hotel itself. Our room in the annex building was unsatisfactory and dirty without WiFi, air con or double-bed despite us booking these things. The room also smelt of smoke and had ash trays even though it was booked as 'non-smoking'. When we told the hotel staff on our first day about these things as well as the shower being broken they promised to resolve the issues but only addressed the broken shower during our stay. Our towels were not changed until 5 days into our stay and our bed sheets were not changed at all. The fridge made such a loud noise that we couldn't sleep at night on top of having very uncomfortable beds and no air con. The Tv did not work and there was a hole in the wall straight through to outside that had been stuffed with kitchen roll.

Hotel d'appoint afin de se rapprocher de l'aéroport Chambre horrible ! Je ne vous parle pas de la piscine ni meme de la déco de l'hôtel La salle de bain fait peur et ne donne pas envie de se laver Aucun point positif meme si l'hôtel est placer EN face de la mer pas grand choses autour

Καλό ξενοδοχείο, με μερικές ατέλειες

Το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου είναι άψογο. Το σύστημα εξαερισμού των WC δεν είναι καλό, με αποτέλεσμα να μυρίζει άσχημα όλο το δωμάτιο. Είναι κρίμα γιατί κάνει την διαμονή δυσάρεστη. Το Εστιατόριο είναι αρκετά καλό - αν και περιοδικά υπάρχει πρόβλημα δυσάρεστων οσμών και εκεί. Σε γενικές είναι μια χαρά και με λίγη προσοχή στα παραπάνω δεν θα είχε κανένα πρόβλημα.

The staff were interested in caring for us and that we had a comfortable stay. We were told about a jeep safari which sounded great so we booked it and had fun. We were on half board - the food was very good and tasty. We would eat there again.

Super hotel

Accueil trés agréable.la formule demie pension est trés bien il y a du choix dans les entrées et les plats. Le pt dj buffet sucré et salé est varié.le personnel souriant et agréable.espace de jeux pour les enfants, piscine bien entretenue et transats.grand appartement fonctionnel. La seule chose négative pas de wifi ds l'appartement mais dans le restaurant si. Nous reviendrons c'est sûr : merci !

Kleine familiäre Hotelanlage in Strandnähe

Späte Ankunft im Hotel. Trotz der geschlossenen Rezeption wurden wir durch einen Angestellten freundlichst empfangen und das Appartement übergeben. Wir waren im Oktober 2015 für eine Woche in dieser gemütlichen Hotelanlage. Da es kurz vor Saisonende war, hatten wir einen ruhigen Aufenthalt am Pool und am nahegelegenen Ministrand. Wir würden aufgrund unserer Erfahrung in der Nebensaison dieses Hotel empfehlen. Wie es in der Hochsaison hier "gefüllt" ist, können wir nur aus Erzählungen "erahnen"...... Kurz: Essen top, Zimmer top, Angestellte Top.

Nice hotel close to beach, welcoming and friendly

We arrived late, a family of four, and the personnel took us through a smooth admission. The room was clean and comfortable. First impressions were very good, so were the amenities, everything was functional. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. Admittedly, for such a fantastic price, the meals are basic, especially the breakfast, but luckily one has access to a shopping area close by along with well stocked supermarket for the extra stuff you would normally need; bottled water, personal hygiene, souvenirs, etc. It would have been a good idea to place also hand washing and dish washing soaps, but maybe that is a bit much to ask for, although would have been a nice touch.
