「Like many others have written, this is not a relaxing place. Their main business is to organize parties, which is at the expense of hotel guests who want a good night's sleep. Unfortunately. The environment is beautiful, but that's all. Extremely poor service even by Albanian standards. Small problems with the room that they try to avoid fixing. Stupidly stingy with small things like you can only get a small cup of coffee in an included breakfast. If you want a refill on coffee or more then...

「Room was amazing. Balcony off of the bedroom and living room. Very spacious, huge comfortable bed. Mini fridge and tea and coffee making facilities.Breakfast was great and the staff were very professional and friendly. Two minute walk to the beach and a Supermarket right next door. Would recommend 100% and would stay here again if in Durrës.」

「Stannade bara en natt. Rummen var helt ok. Frukosten var sparsam. Ingen frukt, ingen brödrost, bara ett sorts bröd. Saknade naturell yoghurt. Låg bra till med närhet till köpgatan. Skulle absolut kunna bo där igen men ingen längre vistelse.」

「Zeer goed verzorgd, wordt goed bijgehouden ook op tijd verschoond. Bed perfect. Ruime douche. Contact met de eigenaar gaat via whapp ook prima. Omgeving huisje zeer verzorgd en mooi om te zien en ook goed beveiligd. Zeer attent een fles water in de koelkast. Een zeer goede vakantie ervaring! Nadeel er lopen katten rond maar daar valt mee te leven. 」

「Il mio soggiorno all’Hotel La Onda è stato davvero piacevole e rilassante fin dal momento del mio arrivo. Ho amato particolarmente svegliarmi con la vista sul mare—ha reso l’esperienza davvero speciale. Il personale è stato cordiale e attento, facendomi sentire benvenuto e curato durante tutto il soggiorno. Ci tornerei sicuramente, perché è sembrato più un rifugio tranquillo che un semplice soggiorno in hotel.」

「It was a great stay at relax inn. My friends and I enjoyed the experience. The staff were extremely friendly and the environment was really nice. The only challenge we had was that one of the rooms (Room 101 to be precise) had a constant smell in the parlour which was a bit uncomfortable. Other than this, it was really an amazing stay.」
