“The customer service at this hotel is unmatched and that is from everyone we came into contact with. Rather the valet, front desk, the bellhop, and the restaurant staff everyone wanted to ensure we were satisfied. This was an extremely busy weekend with a concert in town and they could have been overwhelmed with the demands but not here. Kudos to the leadership setting the right expectations and the amazing staff for delivering. Hotel was extremely clean and well kept. We highly recommend!”

“We have been looking for a place that we love for awhile now. Our kiddo is at Trinity so we visit often. We finally found it. Great staff, very kind and accommodating. The room is gorgeous. We like to have a suite. The room is well decorated, comfy couch and nice bar area. Great bed and bedding. Very quiet. Restaurant was great we went both nights. We will def be back. Loved it. ”

“The hotel was under renovation and it was a mess. In the early hours of the morning, there were renovation trucks pulling things, which woke me up twice. In addition, there is no central air conditioning. The sound is too loud and makes it difficult to sleep. Very bad experience.”
