"Мы не раз останавливались в этом отеле. Раньше было всё хорошо. В этот раз нас задержали на регистрации потому что не могли найти наш заказ. Номер был с шатающейся керамикой на полу, кондиционер трещал так что ночью невозможно было им пользоваться"
