The house, location, floor plan, furniture, appliances, bedding, lighting, the art, the flooring, rugs, etc. The kitchen was so well stocked a gourmet cook would be impressed. Is rained off and on so sadly, we were not able to take advantage of the lovely outdoor spaces. It’s impossible to exaggerate the description on this VRBO. Thank you, Bill."

Their is ample space in the living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has everything needed to cook and serve, just bring your food and drinks! The large outdoor area in the back has seating, a deck and plenty of play space! We loved the gated back parking area. The hosts are very availabile and respond quickly. "Stayed for a girl’s weekend with a few friends. It was awesome to all get our own bathrooms! Everything was close enough to walk to, particularly all things Magnolia! Charmaine was easy to get ahold of. Recommend making reservations at Magnolia Table for breakfast and Cafe Homestead for lunch or dinner (both closed on Sundays) and we enjoyed Pignetti’s for dinner one night too- delicious Italian dinner! Coffee was great at Magnolia Press and get cupcakes at Silos Baking!!"

When we arrived we could not find a place named Sunflower Inn and the one place we did find was called Esperanza Inn and there were already guests staying there. Upon talking to the owner he informed us that his unit somehow got overbooked and there was nowhere for us to stay. We immediately asked for a refund and he assured us we would be fully refunded, We waited the rest of that day to see a refund, but...

Things travelers need such as luggage stands, towels racks for the bathroom, extra toilet paper and paper towels should be standard items. The place met our needs although, they did not let us know it was not handicap friendly. Should have handicap bars in bathrooms and tubs should have non slip surfaces.
