「Great place to relax!」

「The staff were excellent and couldn’t be more helpful. The lobby and bar areas were nice. We had to change rooms as our first room wasn’t clean. We were moved to a better room only to find scaffolding being put up outside our room on the first day. We went out for the day and when we came back there were workmen on the scaffolding. 「This is a great hotel with good Staff the location on the key side is lovely but it is a walk up to the city Centre or a Q3 bus which is not that frequent or walking to Manors Metro which is quite a distance and not a very pleasant walk」

「We arrived in the hotel early and left our luggages to the hotel staff. When we got back our luggage in the evening, one of the suitcases was apparently damaged. The staff tried to fixed it twice but failed. I was promised to be given at least a letter confirming the damage so that I could send it our insurer, and that the hotel would give us membership points as a compensation. 「We chose it for the spa which was well looked after and in good quality. The room was very tired, soft furnishing were ok but paint and decor was very old as was the bathroom. Food at the linden was adequate but at London prices. We only ate there once.」
