"We used this home to gather our family who were coming to town to celebrate the 90th birthday of my mother-in-law. We had plenty of room to spread out for small group conversations or for gathering the entire family. The different levels of the home made it easy to allow quiet places for those needing rest while others chose to work on puzzles at the kitchen table or sat and visited on the couch. The kitchen is well stocked with nice kitchen tools for just about need. The extra refrigerator on the lower level came in handy as well. The hosting team was very accommodating to any need we expressed."

"This place had great proximity to the interstate and was a really cute community. The residence was advertised as a tiny home, but it is basically a hotel room. There is no way to cook food. If I think I’m getting a tiny “home” I would assume that there would be a way to cook food (hot plate or something with a couple pots, utensils, cutlery. We were gone most of the day and when we returned, the house was freezing, despite the wall heaters being set at 72•. When we went to leave, we couldn’t get the door to lock, we ended up having to call to have the manager come down to lock the door. Also, there was no hair dryer or plug ins with USB ports like there would be at any other hotel room. Overall, you can tell they put a lot of work into these sites. Staff were warm and receptive, I just think there needs to be some fine tuning to maximize comfort and meet expectations- especially if a listing is advertised as a tiny “home”. "

"If you're looking for more space than a traditional hotel room offers this is the perfect place! It has a fenced in peaceful grassy patio we sat out in every evening; beautiful and spacious kitchen/living/dining common space. Plus; no long hotel hallway with room doors banging; you have your own entry door directly to outside. We used this as our base for several days of driving back and forth to hike at City of Rocks Nat'l Park and Castle Rock State Park. Our stay was very enjoyable; info on their website was all accurate. We would stay here again."
