「We had a relaxing and comfy experience of staying at Amazon hotel Baku recently. All the staff and mainly the front desk manager Ali and Al Noal were really really helpful. The cleaning lady on our floor was such a smile person and was always there to provide with our needs. We only stayed one night for the Europa League final and asked for an extension as we had to catch the night train to Tbilisi, fortunately the room was free and we were allowed to stay until 6pm for free. 「The hotel was about 15 minutes from Baku City. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. We couldn't find the metro but taxi's were very cheap and the hotel staff booked these for us. Breakfast alright. What we noticed was there was no information in the room detailing amenities of the hotel such as restaurant opening, fire evacuation etc. There was also no tea and coffee facilities as advertised. Hotel clean and tidy. We found it suitable for short stay.」

The hotel is situated off a busy road, which does have a good regular bus service for getting into the city centre. SO travel options are Bus, Taxi(can be expensive) or hire a car, you can walk but it is a few miles each way so not for the faint hearted. Overall it was an enjoyable stay, good food and great staff.」
