Not overly complicated but make sure you get all the instructions. Because there is a code to open the door and then another code to actually get the key and then there’s the key and then putting the key back and all that is kind of a thing. But I will say that because I didn’t know all this ahead of time we had to make a phone call to them to……

“Our initial check in time was 5pm . Then changed to 6pm. Only after insisting on getting in earlier was the code enter sent through so we could at least drop off our luggage. Supplied towels smelt odd, not clean”
