Staff expressed themselves as indifferent and uninterested in customer service. Room did not have a TV remote, I had to ask for it twice and finally got it an hour later. Hair conditioner dispenser completely empty, actually no big deal but, nonetheless unnecessary.

Very nice and clean, friendly staff, overall good stay. Negatives: ice machines on 2nd and 3rd floor were not working, one of the lamps wouldn't turn on, and there's no switch for a fan in the bathroom. What's with that?
