"Enjoyed this well-stocked home right on the beautiful Hamilton Branch to Lake Almanor. Great fishing right down the street. Home was clean and very comfortable. Bathrooms nice, but showers are small. Great grass area in the front, along with paved driveway. Debbie was a very considerate host."

"We have stayed here a couple of times and always have a great experience. The boat slip is so nice and makes it easy for us to maximize our time on the water! The host is also a pleasure to deal with. My toddler had an accident, and when we let Clint know he couldn’t have been more gracious about it. Highly recommend!"

"John and Susan ( the hosts) were fantastic! They came out to meet us and asked if we had any questions or concerns and we didn’t because the house was really perfect!.We all had a wonderful time.(5 adults and two kids 3 and 6..) The kitchen had everything and the beach and lake access were the best . My granddaughter made sand castles and my grandson had a blast with the trucks . My son and son-in-law used the kayaks and paddle boards and took the kids out on them too. We spent our evenings outside eating dinner some nights and enjoying the fire pit including toasting marshmallows . We can’t wait to go back some day. Thank you Susan and John!"

"The cottage was really cute and well set up. Though there was no stove, the hot plate and toaster over made breakfast easy. Lovely to sit in an Adirondack chair in the morning and have coffee and look at the lake and soak in the mountain air. The parking right in front of our door was appreciated. We will go back."
