"A short trip for me and my adult daughter, so the two rooms and shared bath were perfect! Comfy beds! Kitchen had all our basic needs met- we ate our meals out since everything was in walking distance in the town! Really appreciated the location! Owner was very attentive and the process to check in was easy. They even gave a birthday cake for my daughter’s 26th birthday! Very thoughtful!! Definitely a great place to stay!"

The only thing I would note is that the location on the listing showed it as being in the middle of Calistoga - so we thought we could easily walk to dinner and the town - but it's actually a couple of miles away and not really walkable. The place is only 7 minutes from downtown Healdsburg, but far enough away to feel like you are tucked away in the woods. It was perfect for the two of us."

"Nestled among the trees, with a lovely backyard and pool. You really feel away from it all and you can enjoy the beauty of the wine country! The house was very comfortable and well stocked with pans etc. that you'd need to cook. I would definitely recommend it! The only thing that wasn't clear was how to get into the house."

"My husband and I rented for five weeks and enjoyed our stay. The cottage has been nicely remodeled with wood floors, new appliances and lovely bedding. The kitchen was supplied with the basics and when needed the AC was great. Although the cottage is located in a development 3 miles from town we felt safe. Betsy was very helpful, and gave us contacts for tennis and restaurant recommendations."

"We were pleased with the home, the view and the grounds. Five adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs were very comfortable. Furniture was nice, there was plenty of dishes, silverware and pots and pans. The owners were super nice and very helpful. We would most definitely stay here again"
