" Property is quiet and rooms are semi sound resistent. Staff was friendly and kind. However property wouldnt allow extended online booking. Was charged for early check in. So we lost out on our one key cash that was supposed to save us for the booking. "

"The staff at then hotel was unhelpful. They didn’t have the linen for the pull-out bed, and offered no other linen as an accommodation. There were no washcloths, and the property is in need of an upgrade. Also, the hotel charged my card for the room even though I paid for the room on hotels.com. I wouldn’t stay here again ever! "

"This property was perfect for our family birthday celebration. Plenty of room for everyone to find a place to comfortably sleep, eat, play and relax. We had kids ranging in age from preschool to college and all found amenities to meet their age/interests. There was enough space to have quiet time but not so big as to loose anyone. We appreciated that both indoors and outdoors had amusements available, if the weather should not be good. For us, Spring Break weather was pretty good so we enjoyed everything (except the fire pit. Highlands the last day meant a "burn ban" on. But we could pivot to roasting marshmallows on the propane grill instead so still fun.) The property manager was very communicative during our stay which was a big help. The celebration was very much enjoyed by all, especially the birthday girl!"

"Place was great other than the walls must be the thinnest of any hotel ever. We could hear every movement and conversation from the next rooms, and they weren’t even being loud. "

"Accommodating staff. Friendly. ALOT of homeless people in the direct vicinity. Look out the top floor windows and see to s of trash in near field. Tents and shopping carts can be seen. Great view, Wow. Also, people are slovs I guess since ALOT of trash in parking lot and so many cigarette butts around the property especially around entrance and doors. "

"I enjoyed the stay i just didnt like that the room wasn't in such good shape and the pool was closed. So that really ruined it for my kids. "

"There was a large roach on the ceiling above the bed. The room was humid and musty. Clean otherwise, but still felt gross like a musty sauna. Left the ac running all night, never cooled off till check out. Definitely will not stay here again. "
