“Was perfect until we discovered cockroaches. Slept with the lights on. Told hotel and they acted surprised and completely avoided discussing. We found five in two nights. Not sure how many we missed before seeing the first one. ”

“The best location possible for exploring Prato. We were able to walk to everything downtown. We felt very safe there, also. The hotel was clean. Staff was extremely nice and accommodating. I wouldn't say that the room was the best ever, but all of our needs were satisfied by it. Offsite parking was available and convenient. If we were to go back to Prato, which we will, we would definitely stay there again. Highly recommendable. ”

“During our trip, we stayed in four different cities/rentals throughout Italy. Aparto Florence manifattura was by far our favorite. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful in explaining how to get around the city, places to go, and recommendations. We had four in our group, the room was large enough for us to unpack what we needed, and very clean. Definitely recommend! ”
