"Check in and out were so simple and straight forward.
The staff at this hotel were amazing, i would love to mention one person but genuinely they were all superb.
The room was nice and clean with a comfy bed and good shower pressure.
I only ate at the hotel once and can say the food from the bar was really nice.
Overall I will absolutely stay here again next time I am in Helsinki."
"Location was fantastic and check in was easy for me, although each time I went past the front door it seemed like someone was struggling to check in. Cleanliness was mid."
"We were emailed a room code in order to enter the hotel.
Our room was good: very clean, cosy, shower was good and liked the dining/sofa bed area. We had everything we needed.
Unfortunately, one morning we woke up and the electricity did not work in the entire hotel! We had to get the security guard to let us in because the electric door key pad wasn't working! However, later that day the electrical fault was mended and didn't spoil our stay.
We liked this hotel due to its central location and not far from the railway station. Very good transport links.
If we ever return to Helsinki we would stay in this hotel again."
"Very spacious clean room.
Very nice receptionist. Very helpful.
Due to early morning check out they also provided a nice takeaway breakfast.
Definitely would stay there again."
"The breakfast was amazing! The location was close to the city center and walkable. The tram station was right in front of the hotel. The room was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and and very willing to help."
