「This was our favorite stay in Japan! The staff were the kindest and most helpful people. The room was absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable. We stayed in the river suite (Jitoku) and the sound of the water was so peaceful. The room has an attached private shower/bath, toilet, and sink. There is an onsen available that is private (it can hold up to two people in the same group, you mark it as occupied when you are in there). 「沒有電梯，所以搬東西比較麻煩，但員工們很好都會幫忙，景色很好，房間很乾淨，大浴場一次只能容納三人，聽起來很少，不過實際使用的時候基本上都是包場」

「It’s a small inn but the location is excellent and the staff is endlessly helpful. The public bath is nice but like the private bath in my room was a little worn out and I can definitely see someone getting a splinter if they behave like a fools. The daily breakfast was a delightful spread of classic Japanese dishes and everyday a cup of tea and a snack was waiting for me when I got back in the from heat.」

「I really love that the staff was so nice. The rooms were very very clean. I was also able to enjoy a private Hanson. I have lots of tattoos so it was nice to be able to go into one. I also have a 15-year-old son who wanted to try and on and really wasn’t prepared for the whole experience if you know what I mean. So he went into the private one as well. It is perfectly located and I actually love that town. I had a really good time. The people are so sweet.」

「I only stayed for 1 night but overall experience was good. Its room is large than most of hotel in Japan. The hotel stuffs are very polite and professional. The breakfast is also very good. 」

「一間十分重視客人嘅酒店.由預訂開始有職員電郵聯絡查詢.有冇食物敏感或者特別需要.我太太是傷健人士.酒店為佢在房間內預備了高腳座椅和枱.酒店鄰近天見車站.落車後到酒店就只有幾分鐘.到步之後酒店職員熱情歡迎和幫助登記.因為入住日是我的生日.晚餐時酒店為我準備了紅飯和一份禮物好感動.最感意外是酒店為我嘅房間升級了.」
