"An older hotel located at the heart of Osaka. It was made up by two linked towers, which can be a long walk from the lobby to your room. Part of the building is getting renovated, so there is noise on some floors and one elevator isn't available. It gets quite congested in the morning. Otherwise it is a decent stay at a very good spot."

"I found that the services did not meet expected standards. On the ground floor, staff in uniform did not smile or offer any greeting. The reservation team responded very slowly — it took over a day to get a reply. When I explained that I had mistakenly entered the wrong number of guests for my stay, they said they couldn't help because my booking was not paid directly to the hotel. Also, the front desk staff did not explain in detail the additional charge for three persons staying in the room. Lastly, upon checkout, the front desk staff spoke to me only in Japanese. I did not understand at all, but she did not try to communicate with me in any other language. I hope the above information can assist your hotel in improving its service standards."
