“Daily Cleaning service has room to improve, this service is provided from 11:00 am to 16:00pm which is formally notified when checked in. I left my room at 11:45 and saw the cleaning staff was cleaning my room nearby. Finally my room did not get cleaned and towels did not get replaced. The service representative replied to me that the cleaning staff saw my room was posting a do not disturb and hence could not carry out cleaning. There are not many dining options nearby but te microwave corner on the 1st floor makes me happy as I can buy food from convenience stores and re-heat it there. The spa on the 3rd floor is amazing. I like the mist sauna particularly. My room……
